Fritzenberger is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead our vibrant burger pub to new heights.

As Restaurant Manager you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100% and be a very hands on manager.
Duties will also include running shifts, rosters, stock control and ordering and all other day to day running of the business.
You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the establishment by ensuring and providing excellent customer care and service.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. Manage staffing levels, schedules, and training programs to maintain high service standards.
Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Ensure that customer satisfaction is a top priority and that the team consistently delivers exceptional service.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team of kitchen and front-of-house staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, optimise profitability, and achieve financial targets. Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure a well-stocked and efficient operation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Customer Focus: Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage the fast-paced nature of the restaurant industry.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and make quick, effective decisions in a high-pressure environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
